Remember, the stimulation from the collar is meant to get the dog’s attention and NOT TO PUNISH. If the collar is used for punishment rather than a training tool, the dog will not respond and it will be very difficult to achieve results. Also remember that remote training collars should not be used for training dogs younger than 6 months of age.
